Clients come from health care, life sciences, finance, government, public safety, start-ups, and non-profit. I'm always interested in expanding this list. The people from these entities range from board of directors and trustees to executives to managers and directors. They participate in sessions that last from one to three hours, whether as stand-alone sessions or as part of a multi-session series. Increasingly, I'm working with individual leaders, one-on-one, utilizing a tool I call "Creative Conversations." In these Creative Conversations, the individual and I will examine their personal "River" and match it against the Rivers of key historical figures that I think best fits their personal make-up and situation.
